Refund policy
If you would like to return a product, please contact us within 30 days from the day you received your order.
Incorrect Items
If we have delivered any wrong items to you, we will arrange for the item to be picked up or to be posted back to us. Returned item must be in a good state. Once the wrong item has been returned to us, we will issue you a refund to your direct payment account. We do reserve the right to reject any refund if the item have been used and damaged.
Missing Items
We will provide you with a refund or full credit for the missing item if we have missed packing an item for your order.
Cancel Order
We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel an order. If your order has already been shipped, the cost of return shipping will be at your expense. We kindly request that you use Australia Post for all returned items.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be applied to all cancelled orders to cover administrative processing. This fee is 1.75% of the order total plus $0.30 per order and will be deducted from your refund.
